All payments are processed via Cashfree, a leading PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway in India. We do not store your card details.
Zero Brokerage
Vaasio does not charge any brokerage fees. Users pay only for premium listing features or optional escrow services.
Instant Activation
Premium features and listing upgrades are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
Transparent Pricing
No hidden charges. All subscription prices are inclusive of applicable GST and processing fees.
1. Overview
Vaasio ("we", "us", or "Platform") provides a hyperlocal housing marketplace. While basic use of the platform is free, we offer premium services for property owners and optional escrow services for tenants to secure bookings. This policy outlines our payment terms and processes.
2. Subscription Plans for Owners
Property owners can upgrade to premium tiers to unlock higher listing limits and better visibility:
- Free Plan: ₹0/month. Limit: 1 active listing, 3 photos, standard visibility.
- Pro Owner: ₹499/month. Limit: 5 active listings, 10 photos, "Verified" badge, priority support.
- Business: ₹999/month. Unlimited listings, premium placement in search, 4K video tours (reels), dedicated account manager.
Prices are subject to change with notice. Subscription plans renew automatically every month unless cancelled.
3. Escrow & Booking Tokens for Tenants
To solve the "trust deficit," Vaasio offers an escrow-based token system:
- Tenants pay a small "Token Advance" (typically ₹2,000 - ₹5,000) to reserve a property.
- These funds are held by Vaasio in a secure escrow account.
- Funds are released to the owner only upon the tenant's move-in confirmation.
- If the property is misrepresented or the owner cancels, the token is refunded to the tenant per our Refund Policy.
4. Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment methods via Cashfree, including:
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
- Digital Wallets
5. Billing & Invoices
Invoices for all premium subscriptions are sent to your registered email address immediately after payment. You can also download past invoices from your Dashboard under the "Revenue" or "Settings" tab.
6. Security & Compliance
Your financial security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption and partner with Cashfree to ensure every transaction is protected. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your raw credit card or bank login credentials.
