If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
Vaasio offers two paid subscription plans for property owners: Pro Owner (₹499/month) and Business (₹999/month). All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay and are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The free plan has no charges and is therefore not subject to any refund claims.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Renewal charges (subsequent monthly payments on the same plan) are not eligible for a refund.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
We do not automatically delete your listings — you retain your data after downgrading.
If a payment fails or is declined, no money will be charged to your account. If you believe you were charged for a failed transaction, please contact us at support@vaasio.in with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resolve it within 2 business days.
