By accessing or using Vaasio ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, tenants, and property owners.
Vaasio is an online rental listing marketplace that connects property owners with prospective tenants in India. We provide tools for listing properties, searching for accommodation, communicating with owners, and processing subscription payments for premium listing features.
Vaasio is a facilitator only. We are not a party to any rental agreement between tenant and owner, and do not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, or safety of any property listed on the Platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@vaasio.in.
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account or list a property on Vaasio.
Accuracy: Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including rent, photos, amenities, and location. Misleading or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
Content: You may not list properties you do not own or have no right to rent. Listing illegal properties or properties without proper ownership documentation is prohibited.
Verification: Vaasio may verify listings at our discretion. Failure to pass verification may result in listing removal without warning or refund.
Free Tier Limits: Free accounts are limited to 1 active listing with a maximum of 3 photos. Upgrading to a paid plan unlocks additional listings and features.
Premium plans (Pro Owner at ₹499/month, Business at ₹999/month) are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Vaasio to charge your selected payment method. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

All content on Vaasio — including logos, design, code, and text — is owned by Vaasio Labs and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post (property photos, descriptions), but grant Vaasio a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of providing the service.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vaasio does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing information, failed transactions, or disputes between tenants and owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaasio's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
