Payment Data: We do not store payment card details. All transactions are processed securely through Cashfree, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Device & Location: Browser type, IP address, and approximate location may be collected to personalise search results.

• Enable communication between tenants and property owners
• Process payments for premium listing plans
• Send platform updates, OTPs, and support replies
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
• Improve and personalise your experience on Vaasio
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Cashfree (payments), Supabase (authentication/database), Firebase (phone OTP), and Vercel (hosting) — governed by their own privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@vaasio.in. Certain data may be retained for legal or tax compliance purposes.
