    Cancellation

    7-Day Refund Window

    If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

    Cancel Anytime

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

    No Refund After 7 Days

    After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

    Account Termination

    If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.

    1. Subscription Plans

    Vaasio offers two paid subscription plans for property owners: Pro Owner (₹499/month) and Business (₹999/month). All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Cashfree and are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    The free plan has no charges and is therefore not subject to any refund claims.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    You are eligible for a full refund if:

    • It is within 7 days of your first payment on a plan
    • You have not used premium features (such as featured listing or verified badge) during this period
    • You contact us at support@vaasio.in with your registered email and reason for refund

    Renewal charges (subsequent monthly payments on the same plan) are not eligible for a refund.

    3. Refund Process

    Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

    To request a refund, contact: support@vaasio.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]".

    4. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

    • Your premium plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
    • You will not be charged in the next billing cycle
    • Your listings will revert to free plan limits at the end of the period

    We do not automatically delete your listings — you retain your data after downgrading.

    5. Failed Transactions

    If a payment fails or is declined, no money will be charged to your account. If you believe you were charged for a failed transaction, please contact us at support@vaasio.in with your Cashfree transaction ID and we will resolve it within 2 business days.

    6. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • Refund requests made after the 7-day window
    • Renewal charges after the first billing cycle
    • Downgrade requests (from Business to Pro) — no partial credit is given
    • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
    • Dissatisfaction with the number of leads received (lead volume is not guaranteed)
